Laundromat
What are your hours?
- We are open Monday through Saturday from 5:30AM to 10PM.
- Last wash is at 9:30PM, when the doors lock. We officially close at 10PM.
Are you attended?
Yes, our attendants are onsite from open to close to answer any questions and troubleshoot any machines.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
We are a fully card-operated laundromat.
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we sure do! We have the following large equipment:
- 10 of 60 lbs. washers – great for 6 loads
- 4 of 80 lbs. washers – great for 8 loads
- 2 of 90 lbs. washers – great for 9 loads
- 6 of 75 lbs. dryers – great for 7 to 8 loads
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You may walk in and drop off new orders or pick up finished fluff and fold orders from 7AM to 9:30PM Monday through Saturday.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents, softeners, and dryer sheets.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $10.00.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Our wash and fold services are available in two turnaround times:
- Next-day - $1.25 per pound, ready for pickup in 24 hours
- Same-day - $1.50 per pound, ready for pickup by close of business if dropped off by 11AM
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
You may schedule your order online anytime. However, our pickup and delivery windows are Monday through Saturday from 7AM to 5PM. Our drivers pick up and drop off orders during this time.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
Laundry pickup and delivery turnaround time is next day except for Saturday. Because we are not open on Sunday, any laundry orders picked up on Saturday will be delivered Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is $20.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and delivery laundry orders are priced by weight. Currently it is $1.75 per pound on an as-needed basis. Save money on pickup and delivery by regularly scheduling your laundry. Regularly scheduled laundry orders are $1.50 per pound.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your laundry is completed and weighed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
